A good choice of food at breakfast like cereal and yoghourt. What a particularly good and perfect location in Kemptown-a vibrant area-! Besides, easy to get to Sea Life Brighton Aquarium.

The location was incredible - really close to a short walk to the lanes really nice sized rooms. The staff were absolutely friendly, provided friendly services. Booked a room with particularly nice views of the sea.

Its location in Brighton was good and absolutely incredible, so close to the beach and Brighton pier, bus stops, and Brighton Pier. Visited a few interesting places, including Komedia Theatre, located a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue.

Everyone here was especially helpful and really helpful.
The venue was beautifully designed, I liked the location so close to the sea, the antiques market and the bars and restaurants of Kemp Town as well as all the delights of Kemptown, and sea views. The rooms where nicely decorated, brand-new with nice decor. The hotel was in a central location near everything. Located in a quiet street, it was easy to find.

Very central location close enough to all the great bars and the seafront and The Lanes, it was in a nice quiet area. Kemptown district was worth exploring. Really enjoyed coffee, tea/coffee, and a storage in the room. I had a spacious bedroom and a great view of the sea...

it was in the very central location close to the seafront in a quiet road. further, it was next to cafes and shops on st james street, paskins and a short walk to the lanes really nice sized rooms.
Wi-Fi was bad, made me a little nervous.

I enjoyed this property - good small and unique hotel.
Everything was very good, the wifi was stable. The employees were efficient and extremely polite. The room was nicely furnished and brand-new, especially a nice view of the sea from the window. The bathroom was spotless and it had a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets for my convenience.

Had an excellent stay on a business trip, everything was very good. Everyone we encountered was excellent. It was in an incredible and lovely location with Sea Life Brighton Aquarium nearby. The restaurant was really nice, we tried very pleasant dishes.
Some people working there were quite busy.
